Playstation Gold headset with micro?

Is there a way to somehow plug the headset with a micro?

Unfortunately I don't see any possibility. Unfortunately, the PS4 only recognizes 1 USB device as output and input. If that were not the case, you could use a USB microphone or something similar. So if you want to get sound on the headphones and still want to use an external microphone (without having to connect the headset directly to the microphone), you can only do this via the Optical Out.

Say USB micro normally into the PS4 and then connect a sound card or an adapter to the optical out and then connect the headphones.
