CoD Cold War / Ps4 - bad in-game bandwidth despite good internet connection?

I have the following problem: The Internet connection from my PS4 (connected to a LAN cable) is on average 400-500 Mbit / s, but when I go to the account settings for Black Ops Cold War it says that I have a maximum of 4200kb / s and even have only 3000. Is this simply due to the current overload or can you change the settings to use the full bandwidth?

Thank you, I completely forgot that it exists. It wasn't the solution to the CoD problem, but it was definitely a good one. I think it's really the Cold War servers, because I have 400000kbps with Modern Warfare.

I just didn't know the problems of cw grade. Just got warzone. Ujd hei warzone it helped damn well
