Password reset expired?

My problem: I forgot the first password. Then I reset it and wrote it down. But after a while I had to do an ordinary Ps4 system update. And after the update I had to sign in to PlayStation Network again. But then I noticed that I had misplaced the new password and I can't find it anymore (Extreme Dulli Action). Then I wanted to reset it again and then there was the request to reset it has expired. I would be damn happy if someone can help me how to fix this.
