Cyberpunk 2077 PS4 already playable from 12 noon?

I have a question, it is now at 10:38 p.m. That I can play Cyberpunk 2077 in 1:22:00 p.m. On the PS4. Is that a bug? Only thought at midnight on December 10th, 2020. Does anyone else have this display error?
