the pc should be as quiet as possible (does not have to be silent, just quiet or not audible), because our walls are a bit thinner and you can hear loud fans like in a Ps4 in other rooms.
My "minimum requirements" are:

reasonably nice case (no matter if much rgb or not)

Direction 600 is difficult but the direction 800 is good

Most of them have predecessors which you could use
but this is first a future-proof pc (first)
