600-650 euro Quieter / Silent Gaming PC?

Unzwar I have in front of me in the near future, so December / January to buy me a PC. I would like to have a quieter PC (does not have to be Silent) because our walls are a bit thinner and thus you can hear the sounds of Ps4 in the other rooms. My "minimum requirements" are at least 500GB ssd.

Just take an insulated housing, eg. The Pure Base 500 is super I find and a graphics card with good cooling, otherwise a sufficiently large cpu cooler, then it fits with the volume

I think that is so very good, just costs a bit more but the 1660ti could also be exchanged for a rx580 / 590 if it is really too expensive
