Giving away Rainbow Six Siege credits?

Question to the R6 players:

I would like Rainbow Six sege credits, so something:

give away for Christmas. How can I buy it but receive the code for it so that I can give it away as a gift? If I buy it on PC, can I redeem it on PS4? I would like to give it to someone who has a PS4.

That is not possible, but you can also simply give away psn credits.
