PS4 starts and goes out right?

My PS4 starts and then goes straight out again.

In safe mode, it can boot up, but no matter what I choose there, it goes out then.

Even when system software update via USB, he loads everything up to 100%, then it goes out (to restart) and nothing happens, it stays out…

Someone an idea what I can do or what it could be?

Turn on the PS4 and vacuum the dust, then add new thermal grease to the CPU. Then everything should work.
