PS4 always goes out, how do I fix the problem?

My ps4 goes out again and again after switching on and only after several attempts does the ps4 go maybe 30min to 1 hour but then it goes out again

Whenever the ps4 goes out it looks like the graphics are broken

Does anyone know a solution?

I once heard of 'solutions' to the solder joint problem, where you blow the hot air blower onto the corresponding circuit board to liquefy the solder and to repair the break. A colleague of mine repaired his PS4 like this. I'm no longer sure whether this can even be done in the oven.
