How can I play Jump Force on PC with Ps4 controller.

I don't have a Ps4 so I'll buy the controller individually and connect it to the PC.

But how do I do this so that I can play Jump Force with the controller?

Do I need any tools with the Xbox one controller or can I simply connect it and it is recognized by the game?

Just connect you can also buy one with an adapter then you can connect wireless and you don't need a cable
