Saturn - Prepayment - Order confirmation by email?

I pre-ordered a Playstation 5 from the Saturn online shop on Friday. With the payment method "prepayment". Today I made a transfer. I know it can take up to 2 working days for the money to arrive.

My question:

Do you usually receive an order confirmation by email when the payment has already reached Saturn?

I never got it.

At least there's nothing in my email box about a confirmation.
