Ps5 was only available via prepayment should I transfer the 500 to the Volksbank or not

If you don't pay then you won't get anything delivered. Prepayment means that you have to pay first. As long as you have not paid, you can't get a payment confirmation.

I've never ordered there before. Normally, with every order, even as a guest, you receive at least one order confirmation and payment information by email.
