So for 2 weeks now I have a PS4 Pro. Previously, I had a PS4 Slim. I wanted to sell these ansich. But I have now played with the Pro for a while to find noticeable differences compared to the slim. But I do not think so.
I have a UHD TV from Samsung (UE55KU6079UXZG) So the TV has 4K. HDR is activated on the TV. The picture in a game like Spiderman or Days Gone is of course beautiful. Very dynamic movements and powerful colors. Just great. But basically I had such a picture even with the PS4 Slim. And this has allegedly no 4K optimization. In addition, the Pro synonymous no piece performance I have the feeling. Loading times are still alright. This is not at all clear o.O I have to wait almost 1 minute until the title screen of Days Gone is loaded. And to top it all, the pro is also extremely loud. Dude, the part will play after about 20-30 minutes downright to a jet.
How can that be? 4K TV with HDR enabled. PS4 Pro is connected to the UHD Color HDMI port and also the console HDR active. The resolution would have to be miles better and more fluid.
Did not I get a new console for nothing?
Are the games optimized for the PS4 Pro? I can only speak from my own experience and I see between with (PS4 Pro) and the picture with my buddy (PS4) already a difference
Yes, I tried Spiderman and Days Gone. Both optimized for the pro.
It's pretty hard for me to tell which is better. But it could actually be because I think the image quality of the Pro in contrast to the Slim because not so plump, because the Pro is so incredibly loud and the loading times last forever…
