Rainbow six siege doesn't load ps4?

I think Rainbow Six Siege is one of the most intense multiplayer shooters in a long time. However, I find it a bit annoying that I have had quite a few problems with matchmaking for quite some time.

You are in the loadout window and select an operator and then it just doesn't go on. With your own operator is Loading and the map does not load. Only when you leave the game yourself can the other players start playing. This is annoying and as I read in various forums, this problem occurs very often with a lot of players.
