GTA 5 on two different accounts?

The day before yesterday I bought GTA 5 for the Ps4. When I finished the purchase there was already a "shop". So I pressed it and suddenly the error message came:

(Error code CE-38604-1) Application can't be downloaded because a disc version of the game is installed.

(Ps: My brother already has the game as a disc, but he doesn't let me play what I can't understand at all)

The money was gone but I've already got it back.

Now my question: Is that somehow that I also play it? So I've already read that you have to delete the disc version and then download the purchased version. And then? If I then put the disc in, can I continue playing with the disc? I didn't find any more information.

What if I buy the game as a disc version? I can still remember the Ps3 and I think it was so that you just continue playing at the game of the other.
