I have two Nintendo accounts on my Switch, my sister and me. We have now bought Mario Kart and Animal Crossing new Horizons via a game card and wanted to ask whether a GameCard is compatible for two Nintendo Accounts on one Switch.

Naturally. That works without any problems. You can even lend playing cards to others and use them on other consoles. There are no borders!
