Ps4 always disconnects?

I have a problem with my ps4. I gamble with friends and sometimes the ps4 disconnects from the internet for 5 seconds and then everything stops and then it goes on as if nothing had happened. In addition, my ping often goes up for a few seconds and then back down to 20. I have a 50k line and a download of 42ms. It's never been like this.
