How do I undo an Ark Survival Evolved cheat?

I have been playing Ark Survival Evolved on Ps4 on THE ISLAND in single player for 3 days now. I really like the game, I just wanted to cheat so as not to freeze to death in colder regions. So I searched the Internet and did this:

Press L1, R1, square and triangle at the same time to enter commands. There I entered the command "gcm". -> creative mode. Now, however, all endograms are unlocked, which I did not want at all and is also annoying because you have to search a lot when crafting.

HOW CAN I CANCEL THIS WITHOUT DELETING MY PREVIOUS GAME?

PS: If anyone knows how to increase the resistance to cold, please report.

So if you are no longer in the gmc mode and have still learned everything, you could create a new character and cheat for the level you had before if you are still in the gmc mode, just enter it again

Okay and how do I cheat to my old level (level 44) without eg. The TEK armor is displayed when I want to craft something? And if I create a new character, will my beds etc. Remain?
