How can I transfer screenshots that I have made on my ps4 to my mobile phone and even look at it?

And how can I transfer images from Rockstar's social club to my mobile phone?

Is that even possible and if so how. I would be happy about a 'guide'

You need to connect your phone to the PS4. Go to the shooting gallery and select the image there and press the "Options" button. Then only on "Copy to USB storage device" then you should have it
