The PlayStation 4 was equipped with hardware and software to make screencasting and screenshots. Is it possible to use the PS4 via a network cable to perform screencasting and screenshots on the PlayStation 3? And do you need additional programs on the consoles?
In this case, I don't want to go through additional external hardware and software if it works with the PS4's on-board equipment. My general technical know-how is sufficient to know that it should be theoretically possible. But what about in practice?
The consoles are the slim version (PS4) and the Superslim (PS3) that are available to me. If this is not the way to go: Is there any software that runs on Linux systems (at least Mint or openSuSE)?
