I unscrewed my ps4 and cleaned it and screwed it back on. Jz it starts but after 1 min it lights up red and goes off again
A red light means the console is overheating. You probably made a mistake cleaning it. Did you screw everything back together properly? Has enough thermal paste applied? Reconnected the fan?

You MUST apply thermal paste. Your PS4 will be useless without thermal paste. Which PS4 do you have?
