You are not connected to the internet or the Gran Turismo Sport server is overloaded…

But if you should have Wi-Fi reception, all data should be available again.

Or, which also plays a role: When a new update comes out, it can happen that the servers are not accessible for 1-2 hours!

Important for the update: Download it as normal (i.e. Switch on PS4 and just let the update install), because if you want to start the game with Update, of course not all of the data is available, as it has to be downloaded first…

No problem, or if it doesn't help tonight, just put your PS4 into "sleep mode", where player files can also be loaded. You only have to tell your PS4 in the settings that it should install game files / updates in sleep mode, just click the tick (I mean on the left)!
