Hard disk defective / crystaldiskinfo 05 c5?

I removed the hard drive from my Ps4 and connected it to the PC (not yet formatted) and started crysteldiskinfo directly and received errors 05 and c5. So now I have 3 questions. After a while it gets 1 degree warmer. At 31 degrees it was now after about 15 minutes at 35 degrees. During this time the hard drive of my PC is 36-37 degrees and it is not cooled.

Just saw the C5 error is now after about 15 minutes. Gone and now there's only the 05 error.

QUESTION

1. Should I change the Ps4 hard drive to a new one without an error code?

2. Is the hard drive defective?

3. I had some problems with the Ps4, is it due to the errors of the Fplatte?

Problem of the Ps4-Slim 1tb:

Ps4 was used, with the problem that it shows no picture but there's a sound, bought. Had you connected and there was the Ps logo and after 15+ seconds only a black screen. But I came into safe mode and there was an update.

After the update came this problem:

The Ps4 takes a long time to drive up and down and when I start a game the Ps4 goes out with the reason that it would overheat, even though the PSU is a bit warm.

I once had another Ps4 Slim, but with 500Gb, but it got a lot hotter, but ran tip top and didn't go out.

You mean 05 = reallocated sectors and C5 = pending sector counts? (yes, I had to google…). Then the record is dying => exchange

Yes. Is the problem of the Ps4 on the hard drive or on the mainboard or power supply?

I do not know. I would swap the plate and then see if everything worked.
