I think a colleague is really cute and I also know that he likes me. He is 34, I'm 20. We now chat every day after work on Playstation, so headset, etc. Not in person. He also indirectly invited me to dinner, but the restaurants are too stupid Corona anyway. *
Now I don't really want to wait until they open again, since it can only be a matter of years… We're both very shy characters too. So question number one is "What could a first date look like under these conditions?" I just don't know if it's going too far when I ask him if he doesn't want to come over to me and we eat together, which I would then cook.
Now we come to question 2. It's his birthday next week and I would like to give him something, but I don't know what and how. I mean, I only see him now and then at work. I don't want to go straight to bed with him. And I don't know if it's "enough" to just sit on the couch and watch a movie. I always queue up for something like the last person.
Believe in yourself and allow yourself to watch a movie and see what happens you can do that you just have to believe in it.
An invitation is okay, given the circumstances there's nothing else but a walk together. If you cook for him, it's a great gift. He'll appreciate that more than anything he doesn't need anyway.
