I got a spell from Playstation Support forever. Was suspended for 30 days a month ago. The spell has expired and could play again. We had a group of friends where I should have sent an insulting message… This message was a single word, which is not censored anywhere and is not an insult in my eyes. I was reported by a buddy for fun. A day later my account was banned. My question: have you ever been able to undo a spell? Are there any things I have to do so that my account is free again?

Has been banned once. If you feel that the spell was wrong (it is best not to lie to yourself) you can call support and complain. Then this message is forwarded and checked again. Basically, the support only bans insulting messages and whether it is your friend or a random, the support knows no fun.
I called there. The staff member said that the moderator team would log in again via email and tell me more details. In their email there's neither an availability of them, nor a precise explanation of why the word should be offensive.
