Play Station Network Access denied?

I have a problem with my Playstation 4. Yesterday I could still play normally online and without a new update or something similar, I always received an error message today when I tried to open a game or set up a party. I can't get access to the Playstation server and can therefore not even access the Internet, even though I have 50 Mbit / s and it works perfectly on all other devices. Now I wanted to log in to the computer via PSN to check and got an error message as soon as I got to the registration form: "Access Denied
You don't have permission to access "http://store.playstation.com/de-de/home/games?" On this server. I tried everything. Restart router and Ps etc. And even the ps4 allows access to all ports. The problem is apparently that my ip address can't access the server. What can that be?

Have you tried another account? Maybe you are banned

Unfortunately I don't have another one but would be surprised I don't hack and yesterday when I was still able I only watched Amazon prime so no reason to be banned

Hacking isn't the only reason to be banned. It is enough to write someone something like "lick me"
