Battlefield 1 Access Denied?

Hi, I got Battlefield 1 Revolution for Christmas yesterday and I want to play it now. However, it says that I'm offline, although everything else works. The single player works fine, but as soon as I go to something that has to do with the multiplayer, it says access denied. I play on the xbox ones. Can someone help me?
