War simulation Pc / Ps4?

Is there any "war simulation" game for the PC or the Ps4 where you really have to think tactically etc. (Cod or Battlefield are just too "untactical" for me or you just run in, die, run back in, etc.)

Squad would be an option.
Or Arma 3, if you have a suitable clan on hand.
