R2 button reacts only halfway and does not come out?

I have a problem with my Ps4 controller. The R2 key only reacts by around 60%, the L2 key, however, responds wonderfully without errors. I have now decided to get the button out, but it somehow sticks and I can't get it out with full force. Could someone please help me?
