Ps4 controller no longer reacts after a short time?

I got a Ps4 controller a few days ago and then connected it so far everything is fine, but after about 8 minutes or so it just doesn't respond anymore. The controller lights up and continues to play sounds but no longer reacts when I press R1 or L1, for example. I have to restart it every time with a needle and then only have 8 minutes. I also exchanged it, but the exact same thing came out.
Oh and it's not an original PS4 controller (I think | Below is a picture) could it be that?

Then it is probably also defective. And of course it can be because of this China junk that the error keeps popping up despite the exchange
