My friend goes into my acc all the time just because of this damn PsPlus and I don't feel like creating a new login passcode every time.
My question: Can I make a second Acc and activate my primary there, because then my friend would say that he can't activate primary for me because I give another Acc primary?
Just tell your friend to remove the acc.

No you can't. You have to change your password, it doesn't matter whether you create a second account or not (there can be an infinite number of accounts on a PS4 set to primary). You also have to tell your friend to deactivate it on his PS4, otherwise you can't do anything.
