Good horror games PS4?

Does anyone happen to know good horror games (offline or story-wise and not online) on the PS4, such as The Evil Within or the last of us, and that not in the first person perspective but as well as in The Evil Within where you see the complete person, in this perspective (I don't know what exactly that is called)

So the main thing is a scary game, whether it's a survival horror game like The Evil within.
