Does anyone of you know how to download a modmenu for PS4 and what this mod is called?

For the PS4 fortunately none. If you want modded online sessions, buy a PS3 or PC.
You can modify up to Firmware 6.55 then Special Lines in the code will freeze the injection codes and crash your console. You can't DOWNGRADE your PS4! If you have the current update, you can't return to the previous system version. (Online Modding is not possible)
Not yet. HEX modders have been able to decrypt a couple of new lines, so if they keep on doing so, the SysKey will soon be cracked.
Until then, the PS5 is out, then I do not care.
Still, it is not impossible.
Then it's only to be hoped that the control options will be better and the entire modders will be banned quickly.
