GTA V Mod Menu for the PS4?

I already have a mod menu on my PC which works wonderfully and is also super fun. Now I would also like to have a mod menu (if possible free) for the PS4. I have seen a lot of videos on YT but with all of them it either didn't work or you had to make a jail break so there's a risk that the PS4 will never be used again if the operating system is greasy.

Mod menus are for people who can't get their bearings.
