I bought the Horizon zero dawn Complete Edition 2 months ago. I finished the story mode and now want to play frozen wilds but it doesn't work.
I already have the DLC in the download list for the first month.
It says all the time: Waiting for installation, what should I do if I press start on the DLC then I have to buy the Horizon zero dawn Complete edititon again. I wrote to Playstation but they couldn't help me.

I was also very disappointed at the beginning when it couldn't be installed.
BUT: The extension is already installed automatically and does not need to be downloaded again. It is already on the disc and the download of the extension from the PS store is additional and unnecessary.
If I remember correctly, you can activate it in the menu (in the game) - I mean almost, on the progress bar of the main game, but I'm not sure anymore, so I can check it out later if you want.
I've checked now and it's not that easy.
