Can I change my PS4 to Japanese to buy exclusive games in Japan?

So actually I do not want to buy a Japan exclusive game but a Theme of Persona 5 that only exists in Japan. Therefore, I wanted to ask if I can somehow change my PS4 in Japanese so that I think that I'm in Japan to buy then in the store and then switch back to German and play the game as normal or use the theme.

You have to make a Japanese account and then buy a PS Store Yen card online to fill up the credit. Then you can buy in the Japanese PS Store.
