Change the language in dark souls?

I would like to play Dark Souls 3 in Japanese. How can I change that? I have already set the ps4 to Japanese in the settings on the ps4, but still nobody speaks Japanese or the items are not in Japanese either.

As far as I know, you'll need a Japanese copy of the game for this.
