ARK: Survival evolved with all DLCs PS4?

I want to get ARK: Survival evolved for the PS4, but I find such games pretty pointless without having all the DLCs with you. My question now is whether there's a version of the game with all content, something like the Game of the Year Edition on The Witcher.

Until December 1st there was a sale where you would have paid only about 50 euro for ARK and all DLCs. At the moment ARK costs 25 euro +20 euro per dlc again. However, you can play ARK without DLCs, there are some free maps with some dinosaurs, if I were you I would buy the normal ARK now, and wait for the DLC until they cost only 8 euro each, and here again, Do not buy the map Scorched Earth, as the new dinosaurs that are there also exist on other maps, e.g. The Wyvern Canyon of Scorched also exists on Ragnarok and Valguero, (free DLCs). However, there's no bundle where you can get all DLCs and the game together.
