The Apple Pencil is very good for drawing certain apps on the iPad. I would choose the iPad.

IPad Os makes a lot of sense. Is good in terms of the large display and touch condition and has some good apps like Good Notes, Affinity Photo and iMovie.
Nothing that any other with a much more user-friendly interface would have
There's no other system that is so tablet friendly and offers such good programs
