Will Apple's streaming service (Apple TV +) be available on Apple devices only, or be downloadable on the Playstation or Fire TV Stick?

If I'm not mistaken, Apple TV also comes on Samsung TVs and TVs from other manufacturers. Unfortunately I do not know anything about PlayStation and FireTV.
