However, my PS4 is connected to the router via D-Lan. Is that basically feasible? If not, what do I need for it?

It depends on what the PS4 is connected to. If your MacBook can somehow give some kind of "W-Lan" signal, and you can connect to it on the PS4, that should work. So in short, if the internet connection from your PS4 can somehow connect to the laptop, then that should work. If not then not.
