Hi! My Macbook Pro 2018 has problems! After the Catalina update I did not get into my macbook for 3-4 days because my touchpad did not work and I could not move it to enter password! This problem has resolved itself! But there was another problem! When watching video specifically on Netflix, Youtube and Twitch I can move my mouse pointer but it does not respond to that click so the normal mouse pointer does not convert it into this grave or index finger icon and I can't get out of the fullscreen unless I do Press F! I wanted to go to Mediamarkt to have it repaired but I have bad experiences repairing it! I brought back a clock at Saturn to fix it and when I went back to ask how far it is ready, they told me that they no longer have the clock! Would Media Markt exchange it for me? Or at least give a box so that I have something that they return it safely? And what can I do if someone fixes it but bad? I have another option. I could contact Apple and ask them to exchange it because there was a Youtuber who had problems with the Touch Bar and it was also exchanged. So I might ask, but I do not know if they just did it because he urgently needed the MacBook for video editing.
