For years I have had the problem that the Ps4 reacts slowly to the instructions. Games like Fifa are impossible to play, although there's only minimal delay
(Milliseconds), but it's no fun like that, I've already replaced everything and changed what is possible.
Hdmi cable exchanged, gaming monitor exchanged and various settings tried out, console exchanged with a new one, controller exchanged.
None of this has brought any improvement, I'm at a loss.
It feels like inputlay.
The problem occurs both online and offline
So it can't be the internet either.

Thoroughly clean the cooling system & keep smokers away
Always use at least "Cat. 5E" LAN cables
Let the DSL router cool down if it gets too hot, if necessary replace it with a model that doesn't get that hot
If necessary, replace the cable between the router and the telephone socket & if necessary replace the telephone socket (especially if the plug can no longer be firmly inserted)
If nothing helps, contact your DSL & Internet provider
Use a better monitor / television if necessary

if the HDD of the PS4 can be replaced by an SSD, then upgrade to SSD

In my opinion, the only explanation for something like this is that Game Mode is not activated on the TV. Which is not the case with a monitor.
Maybe you are just extremely sensitive to something like that. Has never bothered me. Then just play on the PC with 240 FPS.

You can of course look on Ebay & co, but it will either be fraud or fake or the few 1st units are significantly overpriced (& with possible problems)

This is very strange… All that remains is the software that runs on both PS4s (or a general hardware problem with the PS4)
