Hatsune Miku Project Diva X and Future Tone?

This time a question for the Hatsune Miku or Vocaloid connoisseurs among you, I would like to get both Hatsune Miku Project Diva X and Future Time, but do not know where I can get both in English. Japan is everywhere on ebay, can you still switch to English in the settings? If so, where can I get both games cheap (for the Playstation 4)? Or should I buy it online (Playstation Store)?
