After about 2 Woxhen the game exclusive game for the PS4 called Dreams appears. Last year the game on Gamescom also got an award for the best game on GamesCom or something.

Sounds good already.

But how good is playing really? Does anyone have any idea? Can you really build, animate and all that and with good graphics? Are there any restrictions that you can't do, technically speaking?
