I bought a new PS4 today. Now I wanted to transfer my games I had on my old PS4 to the new one. (Incidentally, I no longer have access to the old one)
Now it's so that once I've disabled my old PlayStation via the website and enabled my new one in the Preferences as the primary PS4.
Shortly after that I think I saw that on the screen whether the data should be transmitted etc. I must have somehow gone to No or Cancel, anyway… In any case, the new PS4 was now set as the primary and the old is disabled, that worked fine but I can't transfer the data now… On my PS App on the phone will show me the games so synonymous that I own them but I do not get them on my new PS4 … And as soon as I wanted to look in the PS4 Store stood there 39.99 euro say the game I would have to buy new?
Does not make any sense when I'm logged in, the games should be saved or not?

Try restoring your licenses in Settings under Account Management and then it should be at the bottom.
