Is Assassin's Creed Black Flag multiplayer still active?

Hey Since I no longer have a PC, I recently bought myself a playstation AC black flag offer because I still had such good memories from back then (including the multiplayer mode). Does anyone know whether the servers etc are still active and if so on which platform?

I have this on the Xbox and it's active. So this must also be possible on other platforms.
