Is Plants vs Zombies Battle for Neighborhood Cross Platform?

I want to play with my brother the new plants to zombies in multiplayer. But he has a ps4 and I have a pc. Can we still play together in multiplayer?

Sony locks its console against cross-platform support and has only made an exception in very few cases.

There's currently no information on whether Cross Play is supported or planned for the long term. If, the chances between PC and Xbox are best.
