Yesterday I ordered the ps5 on the esdorado online platform. Unfortunately, I only read the bad customer reviews afterwards, where it was also said that the given address did not exist. I stated it myself on Google and there's no central one, many report that they did not get the product. But there's also positive feedback where it means to be suspicious of the bad reviews but still happy to have received your product on time. The problem is, if it is a fake shop site, then a lot of buyers will have a problem because it will be the first ad on Google when they click on shopping. I'm really worried now, can something like that even work? After all, there's a sales contract and the bank details where you had to send the money and are there people here who also ordered on the site?
You can buy positive reviews.
If the address doesn't exist, see if you can get your money back.
Google Shopping is purely bought, the more you pay, the better your ad space.
You should get your money back, if that doesn't work your money is gone
I also ordered one there but haven't paid for it yet, I wanted to see how it goes on with this order.
Because Esdorado requires bank transfer or credit card, on request whether PayPal would be possible, no answer came back yet… Because I will never make a transfer in my life.
Could you please keep us up to date whether you got your money back or whether someone from Esdorado has contacted you…
