Is a crossplay of "The Forest" between PC and PS4 in sight?

I don't think there's going to be a crossplay. Especially since the second part is being worked on. Sons of forest or something

There was already a trailer for the game. I gave such an insight at the end of the first part. But I guess that the developers won't reveal anything else until they have progressed sufficiently with their work
